Prior art evidence includes not only comparative documentary evidence,but also common general knowledge.By combining the two cases,this paper explores how to mine the existing comparative documentary evidence,form conclusions based on evidence,and how to regulate t he identification a nd u se of common general k nowledge.T his requires not only t he foundation of factual identifi cation,but also the logical reasoning process.During the review,it is necessary to correctly identify common general knowledge,establish evidence awareness,cultivate evidence-fi rst and fully reasoned reviews habits,and improve the review effi ciency.
