摘要
公路沥青路面在长期车辆荷载和雨雪侵蚀影响下极易出现不同程度的质量病害,为延长沥青路面使用年限,以山西省G108国道双向四车道公路为例,进行了微表处技术的施工技术流程、施工质量控制对策和微表处施工性能研究。结果表明微表处技术能提高沥青路面养护水平,降低路面病害发生,提高路面耐久性及行车舒适性,为公路交通稳定发展形成保障。
Under the influence of long-term vehicle load and rain and snow erosion,the quality disease of highway asphalt pavement is prone to appear in different degrees.In order to extend the service life of asphalt pavement,taking the two-way 4-lane highway of G108 National Road in Shanxi Province as an example,the construction technology process,construction quality control countermeasures and construction performance of micro-meter technology are studied.The results show that the micro-surface technology can improve the maintenance level of asphalt pavement,reduce the occurrence of pavement diseases,improve the pavement durability and driving comfort,and form a guarantee for the stable development of highway traffic.
