新型固化剂稳定土性能的试验研究

摘要 原材料选自山西省境内东南部,通过室内试验,对掺加ZL型固化剂水稳土进行了正交试验设计,确定了最优配合比m_(水泥)∶m_(石灰)∶m_(土)=6∶4∶90,固化剂掺量0.020%,并在最优配合比下进行了后续一系列的强度、理化、微观等性能的研究分析,结果表明ZL型固化剂水稳土在上述最优配合比条件下强度及密实度较高,路用性能较好,具备一定优越性和良好的适用性。 Raw materials was selected from the southeast of Shanxi Province,through laboratory tests,the orthogonal test design of cement-lime stabilized soil with ZL curing agent was carried out,and the mix proportion of 6∶4∶90 was selected as the best proportion based on the test results and economical factors,curing agent content is 0.020%,and a series of strength,physicochemical and microscopic properties were studied and analyzed under the optimal mix ratio.The results show that the strength and compactness of ZL type solidifying agent cement-lime stabilized soil are higher under the conditions of the above optimal mix ratio,the road performance is better,and with certain superiority and good applicability.
