摘要
利用安全仪表系统的自诊断功能并采取适当的补偿措施来控制旁路期间的风险,可以有效提高安全仪表系统的可用性。总结了误跳车的原因和提高安全仪表系统可用性的诊断方法和补偿措施,以“1oo1”结构的安全仪表功能(SIF)为例,介绍了“1oo1D”的结构原理和SIL验算,对“1oo1D”结构可靠性和可用性进行了计算和分析,给出了提高可用性的设计建议。
The self-diagnosis function of the safety instrumented system is applied to control the risk of bypass loop with adapting suitable compensation,it can efficiently improve the availability of the safety instrumented system.The causes of spurious trip,and the diagnostic methods and compensation measures to improve the availability of safety instrumented system are summarized.Taking the safety instrumented function(SIF)of“lool”structure as an example,the structure principle of“loolD”and SIL verification are introduced,the reliability and availability of“1oolD”structure are calculated and analyzed.The design suggestions to improve the availability are given.
