环保型环烷基油金属切削液的开发与应用

Development and application of metal cutting fluid with environmentfriendly naphthenic base oil

摘要 采用环烷基原油,通过加氢处理-临氢降凝-补充精制三段式高压加氢技术制备出含芳烃环烷基润滑油基础油,以低毒或无毒成分代替传统切削液中的有害物质,制得环保型环烷基油金属切削液,对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:所制环烷基基础油的40℃运动黏度为23.09 mm^(2)/s,芳碳(CA)、环烷碳(CN),链烷碳(CP)质量分数依次为7.4%,46.5%,46.1%;金属切削液最优配制方案中基础油质量分数为30%,配制的切削液综合性能指标和禁用物质含量指标均符合国家标准,使用中切削液外观保持均匀状态,未出现分层或表面漂浮油花的现象。 Naphthenic base oil containing aromatic hydrocarbons was prepared by hydrotreating,hydrodecondensing and supplementary refining under three stages of high pressure hydrogenation process,and environment-friendly metal cutting fluid was prepared by using it,and replacing harmful substances in traditional cutting fluids with low-toxic or non-toxic components.Its comprehensive properties were evaluated.The results showed that the kinematic viscosity of the naphthenic base oil was 23.09 mm^(2)/s at 40℃,and the mass fraction of carbon atoms in aromatic carbon(CA),naphthenic carbon(CN)and alkane carbon(CP)were 7.4%,46.5%and 46.1%,respectively.The mass fraction of base oil in the optimal preparation scheme of metal cutting fluid was 30%.The performance indexes and prohibited substance content indexes of the prepared cutting fluid were in accordance with the national standards.The appearance of the cutting fluid remained uniform,and there was no stratification or floating oil flower on the surface in the process of using.
