利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在慢性便秘患者肠道清洁中的应用效果

Application effect of linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in intestinal cleaning of patients with chronic constipation

目的探讨利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散在慢性便秘患者肠道清洁中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至6月行电子结肠镜检查的150例便秘患者作为研究对象,以随机抽签的方式将其分为对照组、观察组Ⅰ和观察组Ⅱ,每组50例。对照组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散3 L,观察组Ⅰ采用利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散3 L,观察组Ⅱ采用利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散2 L。比较三组的应用效果。结果观察组Ⅰ的Boston肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分高于对照组和观察组Ⅱ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Ⅰ的肠道清洁合格率高于对照组和观察组Ⅱ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅱ的耐受率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散3 L既能提高便秘患者的肠道清洁质量,同时又不增加患者的不良反应,适合便秘患者临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in intestinal cleaning of patients with chronic constipation.Methods A total of 150 patients with constipation who underwent electronic colonoscopy from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group,observation groupⅠand observation groupⅡby random lottery,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given 3 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder,the observation groupⅠwas given 3 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with linalotide,and the observation groupⅡwas given 2 L of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with linalotide.The application effects of the three groups were compared.Results The Boston Bowel Preparation Scale(BBPS)score of the observation groupⅠwas higher than that of the control group and the observation groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified rate of intestinal cleaning in the observation groupⅠwas higher than that in the control group and the observation groupⅡ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tolerance rate of the observation groupⅡwas higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation groupⅠand the observation groupⅡwas lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder 3 L can not only improve the intestinal cleaning quality of patients with constipation,but also do not increase the adverse reactions of patients,which is suitable for clinical application of patients with constipation.
