基于回馈理论的健康教育结合行为疗法对前列腺钬激光剜除术后患者健康行为及控尿功能的影响

Effects of health education based on feedback theory combined with behavioral therapy on health behavior and urinary continence function of patients after holmium laser enucleation of prostate

目的探讨基于回馈理论的健康教育结合行为疗法对前列腺钬激光剜除术后患者健康行为及控尿功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月在本院接受前列腺钬激光剜除术治疗的82例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组展开常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于回馈理论的健康教育结合行为疗法。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的疾病症状、术后康复、手术并发症预防及功能锻炼评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)各维度评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的残余尿量(PVR)均降低,最大尿流率(Qmax)均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于回馈理论的健康教育结合行为疗法可改善前列腺钬激光剜除术后患者的健康知识掌握情况与健康行为,提升其膀胱控尿功能,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effects of health education based on feedback theory combined with behavioral therapy on health behavior and urinary continence function of patients after holmium laser enucleation of prostate.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent holmium laser enucleation of prostate in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education based on feedback theory combined with behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of disease symptoms,postoperative rehabilitation,prevention of surgical complications and functional exercise in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ(HPLP-Ⅱ)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the postvoid residual urine volume(PVR)of the two groups decreased,and the maximum flow rate(Qmax)increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education based on feedback theory combined with behavioral therapy can improve the health knowledge and health behavior of patients after holmium laser enucleation of prostate,promote their bladder continence function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
