医院抗菌药物使用强度多措施管控的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Multi-measure Control on the Intensity of Antibacterial Drug Use in Hospital

目的评价医院对抗菌药物合理使用的多种管理措施,对降低医院抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)的作用,为日后我院或其他医院制定抗菌药物管理措施提供实践依据。方法使用回顾性研究方法,对我院抗菌药物使用强度和医院感染发生率在多措施管控前后进行统计分析。结果医院经多项措施对抗菌药物合理使用进行管控后,2022年下半年抗菌药物使用强度较2022上半年明显下降,且医院感染率差异有统计学意义,同时临床医生更加重视医院抗菌药物的合理使用。结论医院通过多措施管控后,规范了临床抗菌药物的使用,使抗菌药物使用量减少的同时,院感发生率也未增加。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of multi-measure management of rational use of antibiotics in hospitals on reducing the intensity of use of antibiotics(AUD)in hospitals,and to provide practical basis for formulating antibiotic management measures in our hospital or other hospitals in the future.METHODS Retrospective study was used to analyze the intensity of antibiotic use and the incidence of nosocomial infection in our hospital before and after multi-measure control.RESULTS After the control of several measures,the intensity of antimicrobial use in the second half of 2022 decreased significantly compared with the first half of 2022,and there was a statistical difference in the nosocomial infection rate.Meanwhile,clinicians paid more attention to the rational use of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals.CONCLUSION The use of antibiotics in our hospital has been standardized through multi-measure control,so that the use of antibiotics has decreased but the nosocomial infection rate has not increased.
