不同含水率对煤自燃特性的影响

摘要 煤层注水、采空区积水和井下水害等因素会使待开采煤层和处于自燃带的遗煤不同程度地增加含水率,而水分对煤自燃的影响是十分复杂的。本文应用程序升温试验,结合红外分析,对某矿区不同含水率煤样的氧化规律进行研究,测定其交叉点温度、气体产物和官能团变化,分析不同含水率对煤自燃特性的影响,从而更好地抑制煤自燃。 Factors such as coal seam water injection,goaf water accumulation,and underground water damage can increase the moisture content of the coal seam to be mined and residual coal in the spontaneous combustion zone to varying degrees,and the effect of water on coal spontaneous combustion is very complex.This paper applies program heating experiments and infrared analysis to study the oxidation law of coal samples with different moisture contents in a certain mining area,and measures the intersection temperature,gas products,and functional group changes,and analyzes the effect of different moisture contents on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics,so as to better suppress coal spontaneous combustion.
