废催化剂综合处理技术现状及前景分析

摘要 催化剂被广泛应用于石油化工、医药、新能源以及环境保护等领域,随着工业生产规模的扩大,催化剂的消耗量及废催化剂的产生量也逐年增加。废催化剂含有多种贵金属及有毒有害物质,若未得到有效处理,则会对生态环境和人体健康构成巨大威胁,并造成贵金属等资源的浪费。因此,废催化剂的回收利用对环境和资源都具有重要意义。本文梳理废催化剂综合处理技术的现状,并展望其发展前景,以更好地处理废催化剂,提高资源利用率,保护生态环境。 Catalysts are widely used in fields such as petrochemicals,pharmaceuticals,new energy,and environmental protection,with the expansion of industrial production scale,the consumption of catalysts and the generation of waste catalysts have also increased year by year.Waste catalysts contain various precious metals and toxic and harmful substances,if not effectively treated,they will pose a huge threat to the ecological environment and human health,and cause waste of precious metals and other resources.Therefore,the recycling and utilization of waste catalysts is of great significance to the environment and resources.This paper reviews the status of comprehensive treatment technology for waste catalysts and looks forward to its development prospects,in order to better treat waste catalysts,improve resource utilization,and protect the ecological environment.
