中美图书馆口述历史人才培养对比研究及启示

Comparative Study and Enlightenment on the Cultivation of Oral History Talents in Chinese and American Libraries

摘要 文章通过文献、网络、邮件、电话等方式对中美口述历史人才培养的实践和现状进行调研,从培养环境、培养机构、培养方式、培养范围和培养师资等维度对中美口述历史人才培养进行对比分析,并总结了中美口述历史人才培养的优势与不足。文章借鉴美国图书馆口述历史人才培养的优势和经验,从参与口述历史资源建设、成立口述历史教育联盟、探索高等教育教学、发挥图书馆实践平台优势和不断拓展资金来源渠道等五个方面,提出了我国图书馆开展口述历史人才培养的相关建议。 The article conducts research on the practice and current situation of oral history talent cultivation in China and the United States through literature,internet,email,phone,and other methods.It compares and analyzes the cultivation of oral history talents in China and the United States from the dimensions of cultivation environment,cultivation institutions,cultivation methods,cultivation scope,and cultivation teachers.It also summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of oral history talent cultivation in China and the United States.The article draws on the advantages and experiences of American libraries in cultivating oral history talents,and proposes relevant suggestions for Chinese libraries to carry out oral history talent cultivation from five aspects:participating in the construction of oral history resources,establishing an oral history education alliance,exploring higher education teaching,leveraging the advantages of library practice platforms,and continuously expanding funding channels.
