乡村文化振兴何以有效:域外实践与经验启示

What Makes Rural Cultural Revitalization Effective:Extraterritorial Practices and Lessons Learned

文化振兴是乡村全面振兴的重要维度和动力源泉。近数十年来,域外多国在乡村文化振兴领域进行了丰富实践,形成了文旅共生、文教共融、艺术乡建、空间营造、数字赋能等多元模式。尽管模式各异,不同国家的乡村文化振兴探索仍有其共性经验,包括注重顶层设计、多元主体协同、彰显“地方”精神、培育文化人才、深化技术驱动等。基于此,我国的乡村文化振兴事业可以结合具体国情和域外经验,着重从坚持政府主导、构建行动者网络、深挖本土资源禀赋、壮大乡村文化人才队伍、推进数字文化建设等方面进行发力。

Cultural revitalization is an important dimension and source of motivation for the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.In recent decades,many countries outside the region have carried out rich practices in the field of rural cultural revitalization,forming diverse models such as cultural tourism symbiosis,cultural and educational integration,artistic township construction,space reconstruction and digital empowerment.Despite the different models,the exploration of rural cultural revitalization in different countries shares common experiences,including the focus on top-level design,the synergy of multiple actors,the manifestation of the spirit of place,the cultivation of cultural talents,and the focus on technology-driven activities.Based on this,China’s rural cultural revitalization cause can be combined with specific national conditions and extra-territorial experience,focusing on adhering to the leading position of the government,building a network of actors,digging deep into the endowment of local resources,expanding the rural cultural personnel,and promoting the construction of digital culture and other aspects of the force.
