摘要
氯气洗涤塔出口氯气温度偏高,会造成水蒸气量增大,生成结晶,管道堵塞。分析氯气洗涤塔出口温度高的原因有:氯水换热器结垢,管堵塞以及设计换热面积小;氯气洗涤塔内部破损;电解槽出口温度高等。针对原因提出相应的预防措施,达到降低氯气系统运行中的安全风险,保证生产系统安全稳定运行的目的。
The excess temperature of chlorine gas at the outlet of chlorine washing tower can cause the following consequences:an increase in water vapor volume,crystallization,and pipeline blockage.The reasons for the excess temperature at the chlorine washing tower outlet include:scaling,pipe blockage and small heat exchange area designed of the chlorine water heat exchanger;internal damage of chlorine washing tower;excess temperature at the outlet of the electrolytic cell,etc.Corresponding preventive measures are proposed to reduce safety risks in the operation of the chlorine system and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the production system.
