摘要
分析了氯化氢合成炉在点炉过程中防爆膜爆破的主要原因,介绍了点炉优化措施:推迟打开尾气吸收塔放空阀的时间,将设备内爆炸性混合气体全部置换,保证尾气吸收塔在正压情况下打开放空阀。这些措施有效避免防爆膜爆破事故的发生。
The main causes of the burst of explosion-proof disk during the start-up of the hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace are analyzed.Measures to optimize ignition are introduced.The vent valve of exhaust gas absorption tower is opened late,in order to replace all explosive mixed gases in the equipment.The vent valve for the exhaust gas absorption tower is opened under positive pressure.These measures effectively avoid the occurence of explosion-proof disk burst accidents.
