摘要
做好行政管理是服务高校人才培养的关键所在,研究提升高校行政管理人员工作效能有利于高校办学质量的进一步提升。通过对现阶段高校行政管理人员工作效能的影响因素进行分析,探索高校行政管理人员工作效能提升的有效路径。全面提升高校行政管理人员工作效能必须转变对高校行政管理工作的认识和态度,为行政管理人员提供教育培训机会,健全和完善绩效考核与激励机制,不断推进信息化办公水平全面提高。
Effective administrative management is the key to serving the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The research on improving the work efficiency of administrative personnel in colleges and universities is conducive to further improving the quality of school running.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of work efficiency and explores effective ways to improve their work efficiency.To comprehensively improve the work efficiency of administrative management personnel,it is necessary to change their understanding and attitude towards administrative management work,provide educational and training opportunities for administrative management personnel,improve and perfect performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms,and continuously promote the comprehensive improvement of information technology office level.
