科技创新走廊赋能中小城市产业发展研究——以广西L市为例

Research on Empowering Industrial Development in Small and Medium Sized Cities through Technological Innovation Corridor——Taking L City in Guangxi as an Example

摘要 科技走廊,是在空间地理上呈现出带状或者条状的科技创新集聚区。文章以广西L市为例,探讨中小工业城市如何通过借鉴科技创新走廊建设经验来促进产业发展。通过调研L市工业产业和企业现状,参考长三角G60科创走廊和广深港澳科技创新走廊沿线城市的成功做法,提出了完善城市科技发展规划、强化产业规划、建设产业联盟共享平台、成立科技商学院、设立科创中心、紧密协同高校与科研机构、构建科技金融生态系统等七个提升L市科技创新能力的建议,以期为其他中小城市提升科技创新能力、推动经济高质量发展提供参考。 The technology corridor is a clustered area of scientific and technological innovation that appears as a strip or band in spatial geography.Taking the city of L in Guangxi as an example,this paper explores how small and medium-sized industrial cities can promote industrial development by learning from the construction experiences of scientific and technological innovation corridors.Through investigating the current status of industrial enterprises in L City and referring to the successful practices of in cities along the G60 sci-tech innovation corridor of Yangtze river delta and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao science and technology innovation corridor.This paper also proposes even suggestions to enhance the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of City L,including improving urban scientific and technological development plans,strengthening industrial planning,establishing an industrial alliance sharing platform,establishing a technology business college,setting up a science and technology innovation center,closely collaborating with universities and research institutions,and building a scientific and technological financial ecosystem.It is hoped that these suggestions can provide a reference for other small and medium-sized cities to enhance their scientific and technological innovation capabilities and promote high-quality economic development.
