With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety,and the main basis for judging food safety is food detection report.Therefore,this paper discusses the sample acceptance,sample testing program formulation,sample preparation,flow laboratory inspection,the preparation and verification of the original report,the preparation of the test report,the review and approval of the report,and describes the conditions required for issuing a qualified food testing report,in order to provide reference for the peers to issue a qualified food testing report.
