出具一份合格食品检测报告的要点浅析

摘要 随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们越来越重视食品安全,而判断食品安全的主要依据是食品检测报告。因此,本文从样品的受理、样品检测方案的制定、样品的制备、流转检验室检验、原始报告的编制填写及校核、检测报告的编制、报告的审核和批准7个环节进行论述,描述出具一份合格的食品检测报告所需要具备的条件,旨在为同行出具合格的食品检测报告提供参考。 With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety,and the main basis for judging food safety is food detection report.Therefore,this paper discusses the sample acceptance,sample testing program formulation,sample preparation,flow laboratory inspection,the preparation and verification of the original report,the preparation of the test report,the review and approval of the report,and describes the conditions required for issuing a qualified food testing report,in order to provide reference for the peers to issue a qualified food testing report.
