摘要
食品机械化发展对于提高食品质量、丰富食品种类、提升生产效率具有极大的促进作用。尤其是加大智能控制技术在其中的应用,能够保证食品制造与加工取得事半功倍的效果。因此,食品加工企业需要对企业内部的食品机械水平进行探索,并且通过技术研发与创新、引进并培养相关的人才、促进智能控制设备和相关标准优化等手段,最终在多方主体的支持下,实现食品加工的进一步发展,带动食品企业的发展。
The mechanization development has a great promoting effect on improving food quality,enriching food types,and improving production efficiency.Especially by increasing the application of intelligent control technology,it can ensure that food manufacturing and processing achieve twice the result with half the effort.Therefore,food processing enterprises need to explore the level of food machinery within the enterprise,and through technological research and innovation,introduction and cultivation of relevant talents,promotion of intelligent control equipment and related standard optimization,and other means,ultimately with the support of multiple entities,achieve further development of food processing and drive the development of food enterprises.
