摘要
本文从基层食品安全监管者的视角,回顾我国食品安全监管模式的历史变迁,探究食品安全社会共治的法律地位及“两个责任”机制提出的历史背景,深入剖析当前我国食品安全社会共治面临的困境,提出我国食品安全社会共治的长期愿景及实现路径。
This article reviews the historical changes of China’s food safety regulatory model from the perspective of grassroots food safety regulators,explores the legal status of food safety social governance and the historical background of the“two responsibilities”mechanism,deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by China’s food safety social governance,and proposes a long-term vision and implementation path for China’s food safety social governance.
