摘要
本文简要介绍了农村食品在生产、监管以及流通流域存在的质量安全问题,并围绕农业标准化与生态化发展、农村食品生产加工小作坊规范化运行管理、食品安全知识普及工作、食品质量安全监管体系等维度,探讨相应的治理策略。
This article briefly introduces the rural food quality and safety problems that exist in the production,regulatory and distribution basins,and explores corresponding governance strategies around the dimensions of agricultural standardization and ecological development,standardized operation and management of rural food production and processing small workshops,popularization of food safety knowledge,and food quality and safety supervision system.
