工业微波杀菌系统的计算机仿真

摘要 微波杀菌系统是微波杀菌技术的研究基础。传统试错的研究方式成本比较高,使用计算机仿真技术辅助研究可以降低成本并且提高效率。因此,本文基于现有的微波杀菌系统,建立该系统的计算机模型,用于微波杀菌系统的改进和相关杀菌工艺的研究。结果表明,建立的模型可以作为微波杀菌技术的研究平台,提高工业微波杀菌系统和相关工艺的研发效率。 Microwave sterilization system is the basis of sterilization technology research.The traditional experimental approach to research is costly.Using computer simulation technology to assist research can reduce costs and improve efficiency.Therefore,the computer model was established based on the existing microwave sterilization system.The model can be used for the improvement of microwave sterilization system and the research of related sterilization process.The result showed that the established model can be used as a research platform for microwave sterilization technology to improve the efficiency of research and development of industrial microwave sterilization systems and related processes.
