Design and Implementation of Office Business Management Informatization Based on Mobile Terminal Application

随着信息化技术的快速发展,高效化的办公管理软件对于企业的日常工作和生活中的重要性日益凸显。目前,许多企业内部的业务流程仍然采用原始的纸质方式进行,导致人力和物力的消耗大量增加,且工作效率低下。以某企业为例,出入管理的申请与审批必须保证各级人员在场才能顺利完成审批,纸质统计方式在量大时很不方便,且容易出现计算误差,导致数据失真,对业务产生不好的影响。针对这些问题,本文提出了开发一套高效化的办公管理软件的需求,以促进企业办事程序和管理程序上的更加合理,增强企业的快速反应能力,促进企业资源的合理利用。

With the rapid development of information technology,efficient office management software has become increasingly important for the daily work and life of enterprises.At present,many enterprises' internal business processes are still carried out in the original paper way,which leads to a large increase in the consumption of manpower and material resources and low work efficiency.Taking an enterprise as an example,the application and approval of access management can only be successfully completed if people at all levels are present.The paper statistical method is inconvenient when the quantity is large,and it is prone to calculation errors,which leads to data distortion and has a bad impact on business.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the need to develop a set of efficient office management software,so as to promote the rationalization of business procedures and management procedures,enhance the rapid response ability of enterprises,and promote the rational utilization of enterprise resources.
