摘要
本文以智慧化烟叶烤房信息系统建设为研究对象,探索利用物联网技术提升烤房信息系统智能化水平的方法和途径。首先,介绍了烟叶烤房的基本工作原理和烤房智能化的现状,分析了传统烤房存在的问题和改进空间。然后,针对智能化建设的需求,探索设计了一套基于物联网技术的智慧化烟叶烤房信息系统功能架构,包括感知层、传输层、数据处理层和应用层。最后,对该系统进行了实验验证,结果表明该系统能够有效地提高烤房的信息化、智能化水平,同时实现节能减排和提高生产效率的目的。
This article takes the construction of an intelligent tobacco Baking room information system as the research object,Explore methods and approaches to enhance the intelligence level of grill information systems using Internet of Things technology.Firstly,the basic working principle of tobacco Baking rooms and the current status of intelligent curing rooms were introduced,and the problems and improvement space of traditional curing rooms were analyzed.Then,in response to the demand for intelligent construction,a functional architecture of an intelligent tobacco curing room information system based on Internet of Things technology was explored and designed,including perception layer,transmission layer,data processing layer,and application layer.Finally,experimental verification was conducted on the system,and the results showed that the system can effectively improve the informatization and intelligence level of the grill,while achieving the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,and improving production efficiency.
