摘要
本文以香河路为例,探究了大跨度连续框构桥下穿铁路既有线顶进施工技术的应用。利用挖孔灌注桩对顶进工作坑进行支护,在此基础上开挖工作坑并通过预应力锚索施工提高了基坑稳定性,为框构桥施工创设有利条件。为节约工期,本工程中使用预制框构桥,经检查质量合格后使用液压系统进行顶进,顶进期间做好观测、控制偏差,顺利完成了框构桥顶进任务。
Taking Xianghe Road as an example,this paper probes into the application of jacking construction technology of long-span continuous frame bridge under railway existing line.On the basis of the excavation of the pit and the construction of prestressed anchor cable,the stability of the foundation pit is improved,which creates favorable conditions for the construction of framed bridge.In order to save the construction period,the prefabricated frame bridge is used in this project,and the hydraulic system is used to carry out the jacking after the quality is checked and qualified.During the jacking,the observation and deviation control are made,and the jacking task of the frame bridge is successfully completed.
