摘要
电子插件是航天电子设备的重要组成部分,结构需要满足在强随机振动、高冲击等载荷环境下的刚强度设计要求。本文针对典型航天电子插件进行了随机振动和冲击的动力学分析,提取了应力应变结果,阐述了分析的理论基础和仿真流程,结果表明电子插件满足设计要求。
Electronic plug-in is an important part of aircraft,and its structural design needs to meet the requirements of stiffness and strength under dynamic load environment for example of random vibration and impact vibration.In this paper,random vibration and impact of electronic plug-in is studied based on the extracted dynamic load.The theoretical basis and simulation flow of the analysis are described.The results show that the electronic plug-in meets the design requirements.
