摘要
我国幅员辽阔,铁路地理环境复杂,准确掌握铁路建筑限界状态对于保障安全运营有重要意义。传统的限界检测方法测量点位少、效率低,已经不能满足铁路运营速度、强度和密度不断提高的要求。基于激光扫描测量技术的限界检测系统能够快速准确地测量铁路建筑限界,兼具数据管理功能。首先以钢轨顶面及轨道中心线作为测量基准建立测量坐标系,然后通过模型和算法搭建基于激光扫描测量技术的限界检测系统,最后将系统安装在GX160综合巡检车平台上可方便灵活的对铁路限界进行检测。
Chinais vast and the railway geographical environment is complex.It is of great significance to know theclearance state of railway construction for ensuring safe operation.The traditional clearanceinspection method cannot meet the requirements of increasing the speed,intensity and density of railway operation.The clearanceinspection system based on laser scanning can survey the railway building clearance quickly and accurately,and managedata.Firstly,the survey coordinate system is established based on the top surface of rail and the center line of rail,and then the clearanceinspection system based on the laser scanning is built through the model and algorithm,finally,the system installed on the platform of GX160 integrated inspection vehicle can be convenient and flexible to detect the railway clearance.
