新建车站下穿既有车站交接段千斤顶顶升控制技术研究

摘要 隧道密贴下穿既有车站会影响既有车站的稳定性,车站相交位置处理方式不当会引起既有车站沉降,直接影响既有车站的安全性,同时降低新建车站的施工效率。对此,依托北京地铁16号线苏州街站正交密贴下穿既有10号线苏州街站项目提出交接段洞桩托换结合千斤顶顶升方案,合理解决密贴下穿施工难度问题,提高施工效率,同时采用现场监测方式对既有建筑物及地表沉降监控,采用千斤顶顶升可以降低既有建筑物及地表沉降变化趋势,千斤顶对既有车站进行了位移补偿,最终既有车站的最大沉降量小于3 mm,防止了既有结构单双层错台,地表沉降在结构多层段处比结构单层段处受扰动大。可为隧道密贴下穿既有车站控制施工提供借鉴。 The tunnel will affect the stability of the existing station,and the improper treatment of the intersection position of the station will cause the settlement of the existing station,which will directly affect the safety of the existing station and reduce the construction efficiency of the new station.In this regard,relying on the Suzhou Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 16 orthogonal close paste under the existing Line 10 Suzhou Street Station project proposed the junction section of the hole pile underpinning combined with jack jacking scheme,reasonably solve the problem of the difficulty of the construction of the close underpass,improve the construction efficiency,and at the same time use the on-site monitoring method to monitor the existing buildings and surface settlement,the jacking can reduce the existing buildings and the surface settlement change trend,the jack has carried out displacement compensation for the existing station,and finally the maximum settlement of the existing station is less than 3 mm,which prevents the existing structure from single and double layer dislocation,and the surface settlement is more disturbed at the multi-layer section of the structure than at the single-layer section of the structure.It can provide a reference for the control construction of the tunnel under the existing station.
