摘要
依据塔筒刚度与塔筒变形的关系,通过监测塔筒的倾斜角度获得塔筒的刚度圆。以风电机组塔筒及基础结构变形特点为研究对象,通过实时采集机组塔筒和基础的实时晃动角度数据,利用刚度圆分析技术,对风电机组塔筒及基础的刚度变化进行实时监控,实现了对风电机组塔筒的螺栓松动、基础损伤等故障的监测。
According to the relationship between the stiffness of the tower and the deformation of the tower,the stiffness circle of the tower is obtained by monitoring the tilt Angle of the tower.Taking the deformation characteristics of wind turbine tower and foundation as the research object,the real-time shaking Angle data of wind turbine tower and foundation are collected in real time,and the stiffness circle analysis technology is used to monitor the stiffness changes of wind turbine tower and foundation in real time,so as to realize the monitoring of bolt loosening and foundation damage.
