摘要
我国环保形势日益严峻,油气田开发过程中环保压力越来越大,如何确保钻井液处理剂及体系无毒无害环境、环境可接受,最大限度减少钻井废物量,实施废物综合利用,满足钻井工程安全、优质、快速、高效需求,已经成为钻井作业的发展趋势,越来越受到重视。生物毒性检测试验是用于评价某种化学物质或混合物对环境的潜在污染物毒性危害预测的直接手段,室内对渤海湾常用的钻井液处理剂和体系采用发光细菌法进行了生物毒性检测评价,为环保钻井液研究和开发以及处理剂的优选提供了参考和技术保障。
The environmental protection situation in China is becoming increasingly severe,and the environmental protection pressure in the process of oil and gas field development is increasing,how to ensure that the drilling fluid treatment agent and system are non-toxic,environmentally friendly,environmentally acceptable,minimize the amount of drilling waste,implement comprehensive utilization of waste,and meet the needs of drilling engineering safety,high quality,fast and efficient has become the development trend of drilling operations,and has received more and more attention.The biological toxicity detection test is a direct means to evaluate the prediction of the toxicity hazard of potential pollutants to the environment of a chemical substance or mixture,and the biotoxicity detection and evaluation of the commonly used drilling fluid treatment agent and system in Bohai Bay is carried out by luminescent bacteria method,which provides a reference and technical guarantee for the research and development of environmentally friendly drilling fluid and the optimization of treatment agent.
