大型LNG模块的建造集成化程度越来越高,传统的精度控制系统面对此种情况,暴露出精控能力不足以及使用效率低下等重大缺陷。通过对尺寸精度控制双系统布设方案、使用方法以及维护校准的讨论,正式提出了这一全新的精度控制系统,有效地解决了上述精度控制困境。

The construction of large LNG modules is becoming more and more integrated.In the face of this situation,the traditional precision control system has exposed major defects such as insufficient precision control ability and low efficiency.Through the discussion of the layout scheme,use method and maintenance calibration of the dimensional precision control dual system,this new system is formally proposed,which effectively solves the above precision control dilemma.
