Structured Modeling of Fraudulent Telephone Calls Based on Pragmatic Analysis

电话诈骗因类型多变而难以识别和防范,为解析诈骗电话话术,对诈骗电话进行语用分析和结构化描述。首先,明确诈骗电话的语用目标;之后,分析诈骗电话为达成语用目标需包含的要素,以及要素功能和实施方式;最后,根据分析结果构建诈骗电话的结构化模型,描述会话结构、模块功能、实施策略、模块内容等方面特征。基于言语行为适切条件,实现针对诈骗电话的结构化解析,为设计具有可解释性的诈骗电话自动识别算法提供理论基础。

It is difficult to identify and prevent telephone frauds due to their changeable types.To interpret verbal tricks in telephone frauds,pragmatic analysis and structured description of fraud telephone scripts are carried out.After pragmatical goals of fraud telephones are made clear,this paper analyzes the necessary essential factors in fraud telephone scripts to achieve pragmatical goals,and functions and implementation measures of each factor.Finally,it introduces a structured model of fraudulent telephone calls built on analysis results,featuring fraudulent telephone calls’conversational structure,module function,implementation measures and content of modules.Based on the felicity conditions of speech act,the fraudulent telephone calls are structurally interpreted,providing theoretical basis for the design of automatic fraudulent telephone recognition algorithms with interpretability.
