林洪生“固本清源”辨治肺结节

Lin Hongsheng′s Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary NodulesBased on Theory of "Gu Ben Qing Yuan"

“固本清源”思想是林洪生教授对“扶正固本”理论精髓的延续,其在肺结节的治疗中,辨证使用“固本”与“清源”,深化了“清源”在延缓肺结节癌变中的作用。其于临证时重视补肺、脾、肾气,以固本为根;祛痰、瘀、毒邪,以清源为计。“固本清源”法与肺结节以正虚为本,虚实夹杂的病机高度契合,在肺结节疾病进程的不同阶段,“固本”与“清源”两方面的侧重各有不同,总以“固本”为基础,结合清热解毒、活血化瘀、祛湿化痰、软坚散结等“清源”之法,以祛病邪。

The theory of"Gu Ben Qing Yuan",which was proposed by Professor Lin Hongsheng,is a continuation of the theoretical essence of"Fu Zheng Gu Ben.In treatment of pulmonary nodules,the dialectical use of"Gu Ben"and"Qing Yuan"deepens the role of"Qing Yuan"in delaying the carcinogenesis of pulmonary nodules.In clinical practice,supplementing Lung,Spleen and Kidney Qi with Gu Ben as the basis and eliminating Phlegm,blood stasis and Toxi,based on Qing Yuan.The method of"Gu Ben Qing Yuan"is highly compatible with the pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules,which is based on the principle of Zheng Qi deficiency as well as the mixture of deficiency and excess.At different stages of the disease progression of pulmonary nodules,the emphasis on"Gu Ben"or"Qing Yuan"depends.However,it is always based on the former,which is used in combination with clearing Heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and stasis,dispelling Dampness and Phlegm as well as softening and dispersing nodules,to eliminate pathogenic factors.
