基于citespace的叙事护理研究可视化计量分析

Visual Quantitative Analysis of Narrative Nursing Research Based on Citespace

目的分析国内叙事护理的研究趋势及前沿动态,为我国护理人员的叙事护理能力的培养及科研提供参考。方法以中国知网(CNKI)数据库为数据源检索,以“叙事护理”为主题进行检索,分析从建库至2021年8月31日的文献,利用citespace可视化软件对纳入文献进行分析。结果共纳入516篇文献,叙事护理研究热点:叙事护理教学,临床护士的叙事护理能力,老年患者叙事护理,护理人文关怀,心理护理。结论我国现阶段叙事护理正快速发展,当前叙事护理研究热点主要体现在叙事教育和医学叙事能力的培养以及患者负性情绪的研究、护理人文关怀,叙事护理其他方向的研究也值得相关学者展开深入性的研究。

Objective To analyze the research trend and frontier of domestic narrative nursing,and provide reference for the cultivation of narrative nursing ability and scientific research of nursing personnel in China.Methods The CNKI database was used as the data source to retrieve literature with"narrative nursing"as the theme from database establishment to August 31,2021,and the included literature was analyzed using citespace visualization software.Results A total of 516 literatures were included.The focus of narrative nursing research was narrative nursing teaching,narrative nursing ability of clinical nurses,narrative nursing of elderly patients,humanistic nursing care and psychological nursing.Conclusion Narrative nursing in China is developing rapidly,and the current research hotspots of narrative nursing mainly focus on the cultivation of narrative education and medical narrative ability as well as research on negative emotions of patients and humanistic care of nursing personnel.Further in-depth research on other aspects of narrative nursing is also worthy of exploration by relevant scholars.
