摘要 1骨髓间充质干细胞及其外泌体概述1.1骨髓间充质干细胞间充质干细胞作为一种成体干细胞,有多种来源,较为常见的包括骨髓间充质干细胞、脂肪间充质干细胞、脐带间充质干细胞、羊膜间质干细胞等^([1]),其中骨髓来源的间充质干细胞(BMSC)研究最为广泛。BMSC具有诸多优势,如易获取、增殖能力强、多向分化潜能、自我更新能力、较低的免疫原性和较少伦理争议等^([2])。
