炎症因子在盆腔器官脱垂中的作用与研究进展

The role and research progress of inflammatory factors in pelvic organ prolapse

摘要 盆腔器官脱垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)是一种由于盆底支撑结构先天性发育异常或机械损伤造成其功能减弱,导致盆腔器官下降至阴道内或阴道外的女性盆底功能障碍性疾病^([1])。POP总体发病率高,据报道,约30%~40%的成年女性患有不同程度的POP^([2]),严重影响女性身心健康。且随着我国加速进入老龄化社会,POP的临床发病率呈现逐年上升趋势。POP是一种由多因素共同作用所致的复杂疾病,但各风险因素之间的关系尚不明确^([3])。
