TRPC3基因多态性与子宫内膜息肉相关性的倾向性评分匹配分析

摘要 目的 应用倾向性评分匹配法分析TRPC3基因多态性与子宫内膜息肉的相关性。方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月间于石家庄市第六医院收治的60例子宫内膜息肉患者为观察组,并选取同期于健康门诊行常规体检的60例健康志愿者作为对照组,应用倾向性评分匹配法对两组患者进行匹配,比较两组患者的一般临床资料、实验室指标,通过改良多重连接酶检测反应技术对TRPC3基因多态性进行分析,比较基因型及等位基因频率,并应用Logistic回归模型分析TRPC3基因多态性与子宫内膜息肉间的相关性。结果 最终两组共40对匹配成功,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、rs10518289位点GG基因型频率、等位基因G频率显著高于对照组,而孕激素受体水平显著低于对照组(均P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,TRPC3基因rs10518289位点GC型(OR=3.12,P=0.09)、GG型(OR=3.64,P=0.02)是子宫内膜息肉的独立危险因素,且等位基因G是子宫内膜息肉的独立危险因素(OR=2.61,P=0.004);rs10518289位点不同基因型的HOMA-IR、TC及孕激素受体水平比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);CC组的HOMA-IR、TC显著低于CG组及GG组,而孕激素受体水平显著高于CG组及GG组(均P<0.05)。结论 TRPC3基因rs10518289位点C向G突变与子宫内膜息肉发病相关。 Objective Using propensity score matching method to analyze the correlation between TRPC3 gene polymorphism and endometrial polyps.Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Shijiazhuang Sixth Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy volunteers who underwent routine physical examination in the health clinic during the same period were selected as the control group.The propensity score matching method was used to match the two groups of patients,and the general clinical data and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared.The modified multiple ligase detection reaction technique was used to analyze the polymorphism of TRPC3 gene,and the genotype and allele frequencies of were compared.The Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between the polymorphism of TRPC3 gene and endometrial polyps.Results Finally,a total of 40 pairs of patients in the two groups were successfully matched.The insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),total cholesterol(TC),GG genotype frequency and allele G frequency of rs10518289 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the progesterone receptor(PR) level was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P< 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that GC type(OR=3.12,P=0.09) and GG type(OR=3.64,P=0.02) of TRPC3 gene rs10518289 were independent risk factors for endometrial polyps,and allele G was an independent risk factor for endometrial polyps(OR=2.61,P=0.004).There were significant differences in HOMA-IR,TC and PR levels among different genotypes of rs10518289(all P< 0.05).The HOMA-IR and TC in the CC group were significantly lower than those in the CG and GG groups,while the PR level was significantly higher than that in the CG and GG groups(all P< 0.05).Conclusion TRPC3 gene rs10518289 C to G mutation is associated with endometrial polyps.
