胸腰椎骨折患者应用预见性护理对其术后胃肠功能及满意度的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function and Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures

目的探析预见性护理作用在胸腰椎骨折治疗期间于患者术后胃肠功能及满意度等方面的表现。方法选取2022年1—11月本院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者130例进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)和干预组(65例)。其中,对照组应用常规护理,干预组应用预见性护理,比较两组患者术后胃肠功能与护理满意度情况。结果干预组无论在胃肠功能状况还是在护理满意度等方面的数据均优于对照组,双方在相关项目中的评分具有较大的差距(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用在胸腰椎骨折患者后,在饮食指导、健康教育、肢体功能锻炼指导等服务下,改善患者胃肠功能状态,护理模式赢得患者的认同。

Objective To explore effect of predictive nursing on postoperative gastrointestinal function and satisfaction degree of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Methods The paper chose 130 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to November 2022 for study,and divided them into control group(65 cases)and intervention group(65 cases)with random number table method,the former was treated with routine nursing,and and the latter with predictive nursing.Postoperative gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction degree was compared between two groups.Results Intervention group had better data than control group in terms of gastrointestinal function and nursing satisfaction degree,there was significant difference in scores between two groups in related items(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve gastrointestinal function through dietary guidance,health education,limb function exercise guidance,and other services of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.At the same time,the nursing model has won the recognition of patients.
