乡村振兴背景下惠农专家科技平台设计构想

Design of the Expert Technology Platform for Benefiting Farmers under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴是我国实现社会主义现代化的重要历史任务,是解决“三农”问题的重要抓手,是提高农村居民获得感和幸福感的根本途径。在“互联网+”“人工智能”时代,科技赋能不但能提质增效、实现互联互通、加快物联网的建设和供应链的发展,而且可以推进乡村振兴。以惠农专家科技平台作为研究对象,阐述其建设的意义、主要目标和平台内容,并对惠农专家科技平台的应用进行了研究。

Rural revitalization is an important historical task for China to achieve socialist modernization,a crucial lever for addressing issues related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,and a fundamental path to enhance the sense of gain and happiness of rural residents.In the era of“Internet+”and“Artificial Intelligence”,technological empowerment can improve quality and efficiency,achieve interconnection and intercommunication,accelerate the construction of the Internet of Things,and promote the development of supply chain.Technology can empower rural revitalization.The agricultural expert technology platform was taken as the research object in this paper,the significance,main goals,and platform content of its construction were expounded,and the research on the application of the agricultural expert technology platform was studied.
