摘要
CISPR14-1:2020要求在确定测量结果是否符合该标准中相应限值时,应考虑按照CISPR16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014要求的测量设备和设施的不确定度。在进行结果符合性判定时,应结合实验室评定的测量不确定度Ulab与CISPR16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014要求的测量不确定度UCISPR的大小下结论。本文对CISPR14-1:2020中如何结合实验室测量不确定度Ulab及CISPR要求的测量设备和设施的不确定度U CISPR进行结果符合性判定进行综述。
CISPR 14-1:2020 requires that when determining whether the measurement results comply with the corresponding limits in the standard,the measurement instrumentation uncertainty as required by CISPR 16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014 should be considered.When making the determination of result conformity,the conclusion should be made by combining the size of the laboratory measurement uncertainty Ulab and the measurement instrumentation uncertainty UCISPR required by CISPR 16-4-2:2011/AMD1:2014.This paper reviews how to combine the laboratory measurement uncertainty Ulab and the measurement instrumentation uncertainty UCISPR required by CISPR to determine the result conformity in CISPR 14-1:2020.
