耳部毛囊皮脂腺囊性错构瘤2例并文献复习

Folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma of the ear:2 cases report and literature review

报告2例耳部毛囊皮脂腺囊性错构瘤。2例患者均为先天性,皮损发生于耳部。例1.患者男,20岁。左耳前反复出现溢脓,伴瘙痒和疼痛近20年。皮肤科检查:左侧耳轮脚前方一瘘口,皮肤表面可见一约1cm破溃口,表面红肿。例2.患者女,31岁。出生后即发现右耳郭后方肿物。皮肤科检查:右耳郭后方一隆起的2.0cm×1.2cm类圆形肿物,表面皮肤完整,质中,界清。2例患者皮损组织病理检查均表现为真皮内毛囊漏斗部扩张,毛囊周围皮脂腺呈结节状增生,毛囊及皮脂腺周围的胶原纤维增生、硬化;其中例1可见软骨成分及一些粗大的神经。2例患者均诊断为毛囊皮脂腺囊性错构瘤。

Two cases of congenital folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma of the ear are reported.Case 1.A 20-year-old male presented with recurrent pus discharge in front of his left ear,accompanied by itching and pain for nearly 20 years.Physical examination showed a 1 cm rupture with scab visible on the surface of the skin.Case 2.A 31-year-old female presented with a circular mass sizing 2.0 cm×1.2 cm behind the right auricle,with intact skin on the surface,medium texture,and a clear boundary.Histopathological examination revealed the infundibulum of hair follicles was dilated in the dermis,the sebaceous glands around hair follicles were nodular hyperplasia,and the collagen fibers around hair follicles and sebaceous glands had proliferated and hardened.In one case,cartilage and some thick nerves were seen.The diagnosis in two cases was folliculosebaceous cystic hamartoma.
