摘要
对超低碳冷轧搪瓷钢RH两种增氮工艺进行了研究,结果表明:RH采用MnN合金增氮与RH环流气吹氮气增氮均可控制[N]至目标范围。采用MnN增氮工艺,氮收得率平均为33.6%;采用环流气吹氮工艺,氮收得率平均为19.4%。环流气吹氮工艺与MnN增氮工艺相比:RH处理时间增加14 min,增氮成本低2.48元/t钢。工业大生产中采用环流气吹氮工艺,[N]得到有效控制,平均[N]为75×10^(-6),最大[N]为89×10^(-6),最小[N]为60×10^(-6)。
Two nitrogen addition processes for ultra-low carbon cold rolled enamel steel RH were studied.The results indicate that using MnN alloy to increase nitrogen content in RH and blowing nitrogen into RH annular flow can both control the nitrogen content to the target range.By using MnN nitrogen addition process,the average nitrogen recovery rate is 33.6%,and by using annular gas nitrogen blowing process,the average nitrogen recovery rate is 19.4%.Compared with the MnN nitrogen augmentation process,the RH treatment time of the annular gas nitrogen blowing process increases by 14 minutes;the cost of nitrogen addition is lower by 2.48 yuan/t steel.The use of annular gas nitrogen blowing process in industrial production effectively controls nitrogen content,with an average[N]of 75×10^(-6),with a maximum[N]of 89×10^(-6),minimum[N]of 60×10^(-6).
