溶剂型防锈油的配方设计及工艺优化

Formula Design and Process Optimization of Solvent Based Rust Preventive Oil

本文通过对溶剂型防锈油的基础油、防锈剂等组分进行测试和筛选,研制出了一款溶剂型防锈油,具有较好的防锈性以及环保特点。该防锈油应用于轮毂工件的喷涂防锈工序,能够在工件表面形成较薄的油膜,不影响工件表面状态。在防锈油长期循环使用过程中,其粘度和闪点等指标会升高,同时干燥性变差。通过调整防锈油的基础油配比以及补加抑制剂等措施,可以提高防锈油在长期循环使用过程中的稳定性。

This article has developed a solvent based rust preventive oil by testing and screening its base oil,rust inhibitor,and other components,which has good rust resistance and environmental protection characteristics.This rust preventive oil is applied to the spray rust prevention process of wheel hub work pieces,which can form a thin oil film on the surface of the work piece without affecting the surface state of it.During the long-term cyclic use of anti-rust oil,its viscosity and flash point will increase,while its dryness will deteriorate.By adjusting the base oil ratio of antirust oil and adding inhibitors,the stability of anti rust oil during long-term cyclic use can be improved.
