生物降解高分子材料阻燃改性研究进展

摘要 为了探讨生物降解高分子材料阻燃改性研究进展情况,梳理了近年来化学合成的生物降解高分子类材料阻燃性研究的文献,重点综述了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚乳酸的阻燃改性研究情况。聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的阻燃改性方法主要分为含磷复合协效阻燃体系和添加生物质阻燃剂两类,聚乳酸的阻燃改性方法主要分为磷系阻燃体系、磷-氮协同阻燃体系、膨胀型阻燃体系和添加生物质阻燃剂等。通过总结和分析各阻燃方法的发展状况,认为:含磷有机化合物或者磷-氮协同型阻燃剂仍然是行之有效且普遍采用的阻燃添加剂,但是这些物质的存在对于生物降解性必然产生负面影响。因此,应强化全生物质阻燃体系的构建及其应用,重点平衡阻燃性、生物降解性与加工-应用性能之间的关系,以推动生物降解高分子材料的绿色阻燃技术发展和应用。 In order to discuss the research progress of flame retardant modification biodegradable polymer materials,the literature on flame retardant of biodegradable polymer materials synthesized by chemical synthesis in recent years was reviewed.The flame retardancy modification of polybutylene succinate and polylactic acid was emphatically reviewed.The flame retardant modification methods of polybutylene succinate were mainly divided into two categories,phosphorus-containing complex synergistic flame retardant system and adding biomass flame retardant system.The flame retardant modification methods of polylactic acid were mainly divided into phosphorusbased flame retardant system,phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardant system,expansive flame retardant system and adding biomass flame retardant system.By summarizing and analyzing the development status of various flame retardant methods,it is considered that phosphorus-containing organic compounds or phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic flame retardants are still effective and widely used flame retardant additives,but the existence of these substances inevitably have negative effects on biodegradability.Therefore,the construction and application of whole biomass flame retardant system should be strengthened,and the relationship among flame retardant,biodegradability and process-application property should be balanced to promote the development and application of green flame retardant technology for biodegradable polymer materials.
