全过程工程咨询模式下应用型工程管理专业实训室建设研究

Structure of Practical Training Room for Applied Engineering Management Majors in the Mode of Whole-process Engineering Consulting

全过程工程咨询服务模式近年来在全国广泛开展,对应用型本科院校工程管理专业人才培养带来新的机遇与挑战,也对应用型工程管理专业实训室建设提出了新的要求。基于WBS(Work BreakDown Structure工作分解结构法)分析了全过程工程咨询服务在各阶段的工作内容,分析了应用型本科院校工程管理专业实训室建设存在的问题。结合应用型工程管理专业课程体系,从实训项目设置、实训室建设模式、师资队伍培养、实训室软硬件建设等方面提出了全过程工程咨询视角下应用型本科工程管理专业实训室建设的方案。

In recent years,the whole-process engineering consulting service has been widely developed throughout the country,which brings new opportunities and challenges to the training of engineering management professionals in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,and also puts forward new requirements for the construction of practical training rooms for application-oriented engineering management majors.Based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure),the work content of the whole process engineering consulting service is analyzed in each stage,and the problems is also studied in the construction of engineering management professional training room in applied undergraduate colleges.Combined with the curriculum of applied engineering management major,the plan of training room construction is put forward in the aspects of practical training project setting,construction mode of training room,training of teachers,and construction of software and hardware.
