在上颌前牙美学区种植中数字化导板的应用效果分析

摘要 目的 研究在上颌前牙美学区种植中运用数字化导板的效果。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年5月在本院接受上颌前牙美学区种植治疗的患者50例为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例,研究组种植枚数32,对照组种植枚数30,分析治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组植入位置偏差低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组修复后牙菌斑指数低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组美学效果评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 数字化导板运用在上颌前牙美学区种植中,可降低植入位置偏差,改善牙菌斑指数、美学效果以及牙齿评分,降低不良反应发生率,值得运用。 Objective To study the effect of using digital guide plate in maxillary anterior dental aesthetic area implantation.Methods From April 2022 to May 2023,fifty patients who needed to receive maxillary anterior aesthetic area implantation were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The number of implants in the study group was 32 and the number of implants in the control group was 30.The therapeutic effect was analyzed.Results The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The deviation of implant location in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The dental plaque index of the study group was lower than that of the control group;After treatment,the aesthetic effect score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The probability of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital guide in maxillary anterior dental aesthetic area can reduce the deviation of implant position,improve the dental plaque index,aesthetic effect and dental score after restoration,It is worth using to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
