Objective To retrospectively study the medical records of the inpatients with white scar of blood heat syndrome complicated with dyslipidemia. The analysis of its clinical features, traditional Chinese medicine tongue and pulse manifestations, etc.provides reference for the discovery and treatment of white scar of blood heat syndrome. Methods Clinical data of hospitalized patients with white scar of blood heat syndrome complicated with dyslipidemia from January 2020 to December 2022 in Dermatology Department Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed. Results The most common tongue was red tongue with yellow and greasy fur.The most common pulse is smooth pulse. The PASI score in the group with A lesion was higher than that in the group without A lesion, and the HDL level in the group with a lesion was lower than that in the group without A lesion. Conclusion There may be common pathogenic factors between white and dyslipidemia, which is related to mixed phlegm-dampness in traditional Chinese medicine.Patients with nail damage have an increased risk of dyslipidemia.
