加味补中益气汤联合针灸治疗对气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Cerebral Infarction Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis

目的 探讨加味补中益气汤结合针灸在气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者中的作用。方法 将2021年10月—2023年3月来本院治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗死的患者60例作为本次研究对象,利用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与实验组,每组30例。对照组采取基础治疗,实验组采取基础治疗+加味补中益气汤+针灸治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后NIHSS分数和BI指数以及中医证候积分、治疗结果。结果 治疗前,实验组患者NIHSS分数和BI指数与中医证候积分与对照组间差异较小(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者NIHSS分数显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05),BI指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗结果较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味补中益气汤与针灸疗法进行联合应用,可以显著改善气虚血瘀型脑梗死患者的中医症候积分,治疗手段值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods From October 2021 to March 2023,60 cases of patients with 11 cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis were treated in our hospital as the object of this study.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method.The control group included 30 patients,who received basic treatment;The experimental group of 30 patients,take basic treatment added Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi decoction and acupuncture treatment.NIHSS score and BI index,TCM syndrome score and treatment results were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,NIHSS score,BI index and TCM syndrome score of experimental group had little difference with control group(P>0.05);After treatment,NIHSS score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),BI index was significantly higher than that of control group(P< 0.05);TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant:the treatment result of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined application of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score of cerebral infarction patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the treatment method is worth popularizing.
