摘要
目的 分析中药炮制对中药饮片疗效的影响。方法 通过计算机1:1随机数列方式对本社区卫生服务中心(以下简称本社区)2021年10月—2022年10月诊治的患者98例进行分组研究,选取其中49例患者行常规饮片作为参照组,另外49例患者行中药炮制饮片治疗作为研究组,对不同手段的临床疗效进行总结。结果 研究组治疗总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。相比于参照组,研究组不合格饮片发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药炮制对中药饮片治疗效果的提升具有积极作用,可将不合格项目和不良反应发生率显著降低,使药物效果充分发挥,临床应用价值极高,可广泛推行。
Objective To analyze effect of traditional Chinese medicine processing on curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods The paper chose 98 patients diagnosed and treated at our community health service center(hereinafter referred to as the community) from October 2021 to October 2022,and divided them into two groups evenly with 1:1 random number sequence by computer.Among them,49 cases in reference group were treated with routine decoction pieces,and the other 49 cases in study group with traditional Chinese medicine processed decoction pieces.Clinical effect of different treatment methods was summarized.Results Total effective rate of treatment in study group was significantly higher than reference group,P< 0.05.Incidence of substandard decoction pieces in study group was lower than control group,P< 0.05.Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than control group,P< 0.05.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine processing can achieve positive effect on improving curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,can reduce incidence of unqualified items and adverse reactions significantly,exert drug effect fully with extremely high clinical application value,which can be widely promoted.
