中医药防治骨与关节退行性疾病的关键问题临床研究

Clinical Research on the Key Issues of TCM Prevention and Treatment of Degenerative Diseases of Bone and Joint

目的 本文主要对中医药防治骨与关节退行性疾病的关键问题临床研究展开探讨。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年8月入住本院治疗的60例关节退行性疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。其中,对照组单独使用非甾体抗炎药治疗,观察组单独使用中医药治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率情况、两组患者不良反应情况及两组患者VAS评分情况,最终完成中医药防治骨与关节退行性疾病的关键问题临床研究探讨。结果 观察组总有效率明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者恶心、腹胀、腹泻、白细胞下降、肝功能异常及不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗骨与关节退行性疾病过程中应用中医药治疗方式效果较为显著,相比单一使用非甾体抗炎药治疗方式,还可以进一步减轻患者疼痛感,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者治疗率,可应用至临床医学当中。

Objective In this paper,the key clinical research on the prevention and treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases by traditional Chinese medicine was discussed and briefly analyzed.Methods Select sixty cases of degenerative diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as the main research object of this discussion,according to random number selection method sixty cases of patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,thirty cases in each group.Among them,patients in the control group were treated with non-body anti-inflammatory drugs alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.By comparing the total effective rate,adverse reactions and VAS scores of the two groups,clinical research and discussion on the key issues of the prevention and treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases with traditional Chinese medicine were finally completed.Results According to the data,the total effective rate(obvious,effective,ineffective,total effective rate) of the two groups of patients was observed.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05);The adverse reactions(nausea,abdominal distension,diarrhea,leucopenia,abnormal liver function and total incidence of adverse reactions) after treatment were observed in the two groups.The total incidence of nausea,abdominal distension,diarrhea,leucopenia,abnormal liver function and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS scores of the two groups were observed,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion To sum up,the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bone and joint degenerative diseases has a significant effect.Compared with the single use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,it can further reduce the pain of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment rate of patients,and can be greatly applied in clinical medicine.
