小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

Effects of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年9月至2023年9月该院收治的60例MPP患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将患儿分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、体液免疫指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM]水平、细胞免疫指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治愈率为70.00%(21/30),高于对照组的43.33%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP、CD8^(+)水平均低于对照组,IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗MPP患儿效果显著,可降低炎性因子水平,改善体液和细胞免疫功能,效果优于单用阿奇霉素。 Objective:To investigate effects of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP).Methods:The clinical data of 60 children with MPP admitted to this hospital from September 2020to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,these children were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin (IL)-6,IL-8,tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),C-reactive protein (CRP)],humoral immune indexes[immunoglobulin (Ig) A,IgG,IgM]and cellular immune indexes (CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)) before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The cure rate of the observation group was 70.00%(21/30),which was higher than 43.33%(13/30) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,CRP and CD8^(+)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules combined with Azithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of the children with MPP,which can reduce the levels of in?ammatory factors and improve the humoral and cellular immune function.Moreover,it is superior to single Azithromycin treatment.
